Strange Deja Vu

Já oiço estes gajos há uns 10 anos, se não estou errado. E amanhã vou ve-los ao vivo pela primeira vez, finalmente.

Já não sou o mesmo de há 10 anos! Achava-me o maior, mas 10 anos mais tarde apercebo-me de como era na realidade.

Uma das coisas boas que ficou foi o gosto por Dream Theater.

Conheci a banda com a ajuda do SeeD, um tipo fixe do #rpg, nos tempos do irc. Apresentou-me ao Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory, album que comprei, possivelmente um dos primeiros que comprei por vontade própria e ao meu gosto.

Depois demorou algum tempo até ouvir o resto, mas sempre fui acompanhando a banda.

A mensagem principal que tiro deles é um pensamento que lhes consta embebido nos albuns.
O que se segue são extractos de várias músicas deles.
